How does Memorix work?
Memorix is a secure platform for storing and sharing your event photos. After your event, you receive a link to access your private gallery where you can view, download, and share your memories.
Do I have to wait for the event day to buy a package?
No! You can buy a package before the event to enjoy all features except guest photo collection. The hosting period only begins on the date of your event.
Are my photos secure?
Absolutely. Security is our top priority. Your photos are encrypted and stored on secure servers. You control who has access to your albums via advanced privacy settings.
Can I share my photos with my family?
Yes, sharing is simple and user-friendly. You can invite friends and family to view your albums via email or a secure link. They do not need to create an account to view photos you share publicly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as secure payments via Stripe.
How do I retrieve my photos?
Your photos are available for high-resolution download directly from your gallery. You can download individual photos or the entire album in a single click.
Are your tools secure?
Absolutely. Security is at the core of our platform. We use a variety of ultra-secure tools in addition to our internal automations that continuously test for vulnerabilities.
